many belated "thank you"s

These last few weekends have totally rocked.

I'm incredibly grateful to have such awesome friends, especially those who've been coming out of their way from relatively-northern lands to keep me sane/distracted since I've started work.  I had been really nervous about starting "adulthood"/work life because I'd feared it meant watching my social life go down the crapper. But I'd have to say... it hasn't been half as horrible as I'd imagined it would be. ;) Thanks for providing so many smiles and fun times, you guys. ♥
